2. Do you offer custom-sized doors?

RibCore and EPS Solid Core doors can generally be resized.

Steel Insert & Uni Doors (Universal Doors) are not designed to be cut down. If you need a custom size, you must specify this when placing your order.

4. What is the difference between RibCore and EPS Solid Core?

Steel Insert Doors contain pre-galvanized New Zealand steel reinforcement, adding extra rigidity, strength, and impact resistance—perfect for high-traffic areas, industrial use, and security applications.
5. What makes Steel Insert Doors different?

MR (Moisture Resistant) Solid Core Doors are designed to resist swelling and warping in humid environments, but they are not fully waterproof. They are ideal for areas with moisture exposure, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms.
6. Are MR Solid Core Doors waterproof?

7. What skin thickness options are available?

Our UV Pre-Primed skins use an ultraviolet-cured primer that is:

✔ Moisture-resistant & scratch-resistant
✔ Provides a smoother, superior paint finish
8. What is UV Pre-Priming, and why is it better?

V-Groove detailing is available only on doors with 4mm or thicker skins to ensure sharp detailing and structural integrity.
9. Can I get a V-Groove design on any door?

✔ Store doors flat on a dry, level surface.
✔ Keep them covered to protect against moisture and direct sunlight.
✔ Ensure proper sealing and priming before installation.
10. What is the best way to store and handle doors before installation?

No, our doors do not include pre-installed hardware. We provide custom lock block options, and you can fit hinges and handles based on your requirements.
11. Do your doors come pre-hung with hardware?

If UV Pre-Primed: Lightly sand with 320-400 grit sandpaper before applying your chosen paint.

If unprimed: Apply two coats of primer followed by two coats of topcoat.
